YCRTA Seeks New Member

York County Rail Trail Authority is currently seeking to fill one position
for a voting member on the Authority, effective February 2020, for a term of 5-years.

The Authority seeks an individual who is committed to the development of rail trails and wants to become actively involved in a variety of community-based initiatives that lend support to the planning, development, use and promotion of rail trails for health & fitness, recreation, economic revitalization, and maintaining the scenic beauty of York County.

The Authority meets monthly on the second Wednesday of each month beginning at 6:30 PM at its offices Hanover Junction Train Station, 2433 Seven Valleys Rd, Seven Valleys, PA 17360.

In addition to regular meeting attendance, Authority members are asked to serve on committees of the Authority and to lend their time and expertise to represent the Authority at various community events.

The successful candidate will be recommended for appointment by the Board of Commissioners effective February 2020.
