2025 Rail Trail Calendar Photo Contest

YORK COUNTY RAIL TRAIL CALENDAR | ENTRY RULES

• Photos must be in digital JPEG format, high quality setting, minimum file size of 1 MB, maximum file size of 5 MB.
• Landscape orientation preferred. (TIP: Turn phones on side in order to take a photo that is wide rather than tall.)
• Photos must include a recognizable element of Heritage Rail Trail or the Hanover Trolley Trail.
• Please consider submitting images from all four seasons: spring, summer, winter, fall.
• Email photos as jpeg attachments to info@yorkcountytrails.org
• Place “Photo Contest” in the email subject line.
• Include the following information in the email
  • Name and email address of the owner of the photograph.
  • Name of the rail trail in York County where photo was taken.
• Download Permission for Use of Photography Form, complete, scan and attach to your email.
• Contest ends September 15, 2024.
• Photographs are chosen by a volunteer committee composed of York County Rail Trail Authority members and rail trail enthusiasts. All decisions by the committee are final.
